Nicole Deuster

Born in Germany, Pforzheim 1963. Since 1984 she lives and works in Barcelona. Graduated 1989 in applied arts, specializing in jewellery at The Massana School of Art in Barcelona, where she also acquired skills in the Japanese Lacquer technique. From 1997-2001 she studied sculpture and chasing and repoussé, also at The Massana School. In 2008 until 2019 she was a member of “Joyas sensacionales” a project coordinated by Silvia Walz in Taller Perill, Barcelona. Throughout the years her work has been exhibited in both national and international galleries. A twice finalist (2000/2001) in the International Competition of Contemporary Jewellery “Enjoia’t, organized by FAD in Barcelona. Several of her pieces can be seen in the book, “Rings 500 artistic creations from around the world” by Nicolas Estrada, Promopress 2011.
